Last year our 3 grandsons & family moved a long distance away. So, this year, for their birthdays, I sent each boy a Baskits gift of cookies, treats and snacks. (to share with their brothers too!!)

Yesterday, our 3 grandsons were THRILLED to receive from Baskits: a basket of tricks and a basket of treats. In the accompanying photo, you will noticed that the boys opened the “tricks” first. The funny discoloured false teeth, the finger ring that squirts water and other jokes, were favourites.
We have also sent a BBQ basket and several different gourmet food baskets to family & friends. Greatly appreciated and always enjoyed.

I had no idea this was a store! Such a great selection of gift baskets, whether for a friend, loved one, baby/toddler, etc etc. Really friendly staff as well. Lots of parking available in the area.
I placed a last-minute order for a "Get Well Soon" basket for my boyfriend and reached out to Customer Support in the hopes of getting it delivered on the same day. I had great customer service tracking down one delayed basket. I sent 3 baskets over the holiday season and all 3 recipients were delighted with their goodies.
I don’t write much reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience buying from here.I work as a coordinator at a hospital and was researching about quality gift baskets to buy for my coworkers as Christmas is in the upcoming days. Happened to see Baskit and their gift baskets looked nice. Decided to order 4 baskets for my coworkers and have it delivered to the hospital I work at. Now the issue here isn’t the quality of the gift basket because they’re actually very beautiful but it’s the demoralizing, malicious and frustrating experience with delivery. Was called around 11:30am today by the delivery guy who notified that he was at my hospital. I work in the Emergency Department which is at the back of the hospital and I ensured that I put clear instructions of the address and location of this when I ordered online.Anyways, the delivery guy informed me he was at the front of the hospital and I told him that the delivery is for the ED department in which he could just drive to the back of the hospital and meet me there. He rudely dismissed this and said he’ll deliver some other packages around the community before he gets to it even though he was already at the hospital. I said fine, just call me when you get here. In about 20 minutes, he calls back and says he’s outside of the department, in which I tell him I would meet him there. When I get there(took about 3 minutes to walk from my office to outside the department )………..yes, you guessed it right, HE ISN’T THERE . So I proceed to call him and he say’s he left as he has other packages to deliver and tells me he left my package at the front desk. When I proceeded to ask for clarification, the deliver guy started to raise his voice and direct his frustrations at me(not sure why). At that point, I just hanged up. Almost 45 minutes of looking and having to call another coworker for support in looking for the package, I FINALLY found it stashed under a reception desk. As beautiful as the baskets were, I don’t think paying $26 dollars for the delivery is worth it at all. I’ve never had a package delivered to me with such disrespect and contempt. I understand that the Baskit company may not be 100% to blame BUT it’s still in your hands to be very mindful of 3rd party partnerships you have with other companies especially with delivery which is a significant aspect of your service. It can truly make a difference with consumer satisfaction. Not really disappointed with the the delivery guy not being able to navigate the hospital cause even with clear instructions, it’s prone to occur BUT it’s the disrespect, lack of communication and ignorance to stash a clients order like some trash and have them looking for it for almost an hour. I can say with the utmost confidence that $26 dollars for the delivery fee was definitely not worth it and I’ve had other orders with free delivery which were much more pleasant. Please reevaluate who you have representing your brand.
Good customer service -- website had too much traffic, and was lagging, and 2 messages got erased on a big 10 baskit order. With one email, they got back to me within 12 business hours, made it right (provided promotional discount on 2nd order), and did right by their clients. The product is great for holiday client gifts as well, very creative, and they support local Canadian small businesses.
